I’m still not done yet. She will continue to be on a diet and exercise at least 6 times a week until she reaches her ideal weight. She loses maybe about 1 pound ever 1 or 2 months, but I’m not quitting. I care about her health and it makes me FURIOUS when people are like “Your dog is so fat!” UGHH!!! And don’t worry I know what I’m doing with feeding and running, but please give some small tips.

By the way shes a beagle/cocker spaniel and shes 7 pounds overweight (used to be 8).
If your dog used to be 8lbs over weight 4-5 months ago and is now 7lbs then shes lost 1lb in 4-5months? Thats not that great however your dog doesnt look particularly massive.
I woul take your dog for exercise twice a day and reduce food intake and NO tit bits if you really think she needs to lose weight but shes an older girl now natural to spread out abit and lose tone once they get abit older.
