plz help cocker spaniel problem?

my dog is 3 yrs old from the pound. recently he got an ear infection (yeast) and was put on medicine .he’s been scratching his ears, then licking his paws.now he’s licking his bottom and his stomach i noticed on his stomach he has little blackish spot feels kinds like a scab, i’ve been to the vet so many times they keep giving med different meds saying he’s passed the infection to other parts of his body.i think this vet is ripping me off ive spent hundreds of dollars on medicine,prescription shampoos grooming, does anyone know anything that works or have had the same problem?

Your dog may have allergies. Have you given the dog a bath recently? If not you may want to start there. If you have the dog may be allergic to what you used. It could be allergic to the type of food it eats. The infection may be secondary to what might be the real problem. Also if you are not confident with this vet you can always seek a second opinion.
