the amish in my area are big dog breeders rather puppy mill breeders?

they are switching stud dogs from different states from other amish…much the same as they do their daughters..so their is no inner breeding….does anyone know anything about this..i visited the puppy mill they have…as it is right down the road from me…has anyone checked this out on the internet just wondering if there is any info on it….it was very clean, and i know they are supplying pet stores in kentucky ohio indiana and illinois…

Not all amish take good care of their dogs. They have auctions in Ohio 2X a year. Most of the time the adults they don’t sell end up being taken home and shot. I have gotten a dog from an amish farm once. She was being tied to the bumper of a truck with a rope until someone came to get her. She was terrified of people and would pee when you talked to her. I am not saying all amish are this way, just that there are some that are.
