Should we police ourselves or let government do it for us?

Admit that calling 9/11 for anything thing is pretty much a nuisance. We should for the most part be able to take care of a situation in our home without the aid of an overburden police force. Personally, since a body guard is too costly I carry pepper mace with me to avoid the drunk and or person that wants to get too friendly from getting out of hand. The same should go at the home. I remember reading a sign that said “Forget the dog beware of owner” pretty effective tool if ya know what I mean. Guns and fences make good neighbors especially in those where there plenty of hoodlums punks and gangs around. The other side of the coin would be a city with more corrupt police enforcement around and that is tantamount to the expectant theory of a police state.
