Are Coast Guard OS, IS, or BM a part of MSSTs or MSRTs?

I will be joining the Coast Guard when I graduate college and I intend to enlist and after about a year apply to OCS. But I suppose that’s irrelevant. Anyway, I am really interested in counter-terrorism and/or disaster response and I am researching about the Deployable Operations Group. I have found myself really interested in the MSSTs or MSRTs, however, I am really only interested in the OS, IS, and BM rate. Does anyone in the Coast Guard, preferably in a DOG unit, more preferably in an MSST or MSRT (perhaps even a Strike Team), know if any of those three rates are used and if so in what capacity?

1) We only have one MSRT
2) They are ratings, no rates.
3) We are standing up the Maritime Enforcement Specialist (ME) rating on 1 January 2010. If you’re interested in MSST/MSRT type work, I’d recommend affiliating with that rating.
