He’s the cutest dog I’ve ever seen. Do any of you know what breed it is?

P.S.–I was right in my first answer and should have stuck with it, huh? The rough coat, smaller size and unusual markings (black spots) made the dog look different from our next-door neighbor’s Jack Russell terrier.
