Can most breeds of dogs bred to show no features?
My husband and I are looking for a large breed dog. What we mostly been looking for a Golden Retriever is based solely on the temperament, but are exploring options to our dogs that we like aspect before deciding. I've heard that dogs like Siberian huskies, Mamalutes, Shibas, ect Akitas pets, whether natural dis-like home, like dogs and kittens. If you raise them from an early age about these animals, would continue to grow until they get along with them? We have a Pomeranian and two cats.
I'm afraid my answer will be limited to my own experience, but at least I can share that with you. I have a Border Collie, a dog with a very high prey drive, and therefore a tendency to try to control the movement of almost anything that moves. At three months old, she was already instinctively displaying the classic characteristics of his race: the eyes, crouching and stalking. She does this to me when I'm out playing with her, and she also does for moths, squirrels, and let fly. However, we have introduced their very young cats, and she treats like her other puppy: she wants to play and is often mistaken that do not react as another young dog would. I am sure that if our intervention, and the fact that we treat cats like other pets and not as a toy or something to hunt, which has changed its behavior. Bulldog
