What is a good hypoallergenic dog breed?

I need a breed of dog that causes no real bad asthma and allergy attacks and I want I was just a puppy but I can leave the house for a few hours during my absence from work. Can anyone help?

Im willing to pay much money for a good dog. Not much more than 1000 $. Average of care or more. I love all races. Large and small. I live in a house in the suburbs (approx150ft total fenced yard).
