What is a good breed of dog that would also be a good family dog?
I have a year old Great Pyrenees. I wondered what other breeds would be a good family dog. It is a lab mix at the moment, but she getting old and I'm trying to find another dog that could be added the family. I'm not looking for a small breed dog of medium to large size more like a Siberian husky dog, livestock or Australia. Any suggestions?
Personally, I like having two person-years together. Now I have four p-ace and a mix of Aussie. If you prefer a medium sized dog … one of Australia cattle dog is a good mixed with pyr. I know first hand. My Aussie is half blue and half mini Heeler Shepherd. He gets along well with the p-as.
