What is a Japanese spitz like?

How does it feel to be with a japanese spitz? Are the dogs friendly? I like the family race spitz and would like to get a pomeranian, but I have a black labrador and thinking that a pom is just to small to have around. The Japanese Spitz is the size perfect, but I want to know more about his temperament.

The Japanese Chin today: one of the oldest races of the East

Just where exactly what this sweet and adorable little dog back The Japanese Chin origin? As many of our toy dog breeds, there are several theories for us to recall the history of this toy dog breed.

There is much evidence that the Japanese Chin can be traced back to dogs that arrived in Japan as precious gifts from China and Korea over 1,100 years. The chin Japan is one of the oldest breeds of dogs.

The exact history of the Japanese Chin is difficult to determine, however, it is clear that the end of century AD, the Chinese had a type of dog called "PAI". Authorities say the canine Pai 'was very low, a dog young leaders and short limbs. A writer of canine, Collier, tells us that there is little doubt that the Japanese race of small dogs originated from China. It is a fact that trade and partnership between the two countries dates from the fifth century. During the period of Tein Wu Ti (AD 673-686) and Chih T'ung Ti (AD 690-696) Korea and China constantly gave small dogs in Japan.

As many of our toy dog breeds there are various theories about the origin Japanese Chin. Some suggest that come from Korea and that a Korean prince went to Japan taking gifts for the Mikado in AD 732. Donations cover small-nosed dogs that resemble Japanese Chin today. In those days they were called Shoku-Ken. They were definitely different dogs in Japan at that time was like Spitz.

Another theory on the origin of our Japanese Chin states that as early as 520 AD the monks took Buddish Shoku-Ken from China to Japan where he went to preach as missionaries. Dog says he is a symbol of the sacred Lion of Buddha.

Other believe that the Japanese Chin were of the Imperial Ch'in expected from China. The dogs were owned by the Ch'in kingdom Imperial China. This seems to be the case for several of our purebred dogs. We are very lucky, because not only the rich have access and plush dog Society purebred.

It is also said that the last Empress of China kept 50 of these dogs in the throne room. When the Empress entered the room story goes that these little dogs were lined up from door to throne, standing on its hind legs and bowing until it is sitting. Most notably, I would add that the author of this article is about my little Danny Boy, who is not Japanese Chin, Shih Tzu, but. Of all the Shih Tzu I have, it is he who stands on his hind legs before me. Danny and I are very, very closely. I wonder if this is a characteristic inherited from the Imperial line of dogs in China. None of my other Shih Tzu parts that trait. I prayed for something. She is very often and it seems that standing on its hind legs like a human being and his front paws are like the human arm and hand. He is so cute, I love watch this little trick in my Danny Boy. I also wonder if the little dogs owned by the last Empress of China lined up from door to throne, standing on its hind legs was out of "respect, love and honor for her."

It has been said, however, that because The Japanese Chin is not the easiest dogs to train, the idea that 50 of them in perfect harmony this was a bit too to believe. And ……. is only one of mine, all I have, that does this. Incidentally, my Danny Boy received no training for it. The only real thing is different from my relationship with Danny Boy. It is my favorite of all time Shih Tzu I ever owned and in many ways told him. It has a bad feature that I think it's cute, but it is dangerous for him. He sees himself as rough and hard and likes to try to prove to all dogs, ages. I have many times rescue him, which can add to the beauty and love of our relationship. He found his feet when I'm around because I suppose in his mind, I am his "Empress."

Other parents of Imperial China Ch'in were the Chinese Temple Dog the Japanese Spaniel, the Pekingese and the Chow. They look like me.

With everything we know about the Japanese Chin today I believe is reasonable to assume that at least in was originally a race of the East. We also know the early days of summer in Japan Chin spent with people of nobility or very high rank and were considered as something very precious and valuable. This is I think if this look "beautiful" that seems to glow on the faces of the Japanese Chin is the result of pampering and adoration. The Japanese Chin is a charming companion dog toys for us today, and is still considered valuable and precious for all who truly love this breed.
