What breed do you think when you look at this dog?

My apartment has breed restrictions. This includes pit bull, american bulldogs, german shepherds, chows, akitas, mastiffs, dobermans, rotties, and any other dog that looks like these dogs. The problem is that i’ve looked at so many dogs, and these happen to be some of my favorite breeds. I’ve tried to just wait 8 months until my lease is up. But that is just not working for me, as i have been waiting 21 years to get my own dog. My question is…. Does this dog look scary? Would you look at him and think pit bull?? He is half staffordshire bull terrier and half rhodesian ridgeback, or at least that is the shelters best guess. Would you think pit bull if i only mentioned rhodesian ridgeback mix?

Petfinder.com is an adoption website. And i absolutely AM going to rescue my dog. SOO many dogs need to be rescued. While i think getting a dog from a GOOD reputable breeder is good, I personally want to rescue my dog.

he’s a cute dog… but he does look like a mix with those restricted breeds in him…. you might ask one of the people from the apartment place, to approve him for you. if they say no, then no. I understand the waiting for so long to get your own dog…. trust me, we’ve all been there,,, but it’s not worth it to rescue him, and then have to give him back to the shelter again when you can’t have him in your complex. Send the link that you posted to your complex manager and ask if you can adopt that dog.
