Can anyone provide an estimate of how much will my pitbull weight in the different stages and when full grown?

I have looked everywhere some sort of weight for age chart, but have not been successful. It is now 13 weeks old and weighs 30 pounds. I ask purely for health reasons that can best control its growth to ensure that you are on a healthy track. I am an experienced dog owner, but need a little extra info specific breed. Also, can anyone recommend a good food for the holes. He is currently eating Science Diet Large Breed Puppy (both wet and dry), but I heard some bad things about the brand recently. Any suggestions?
