Do you know any reliable dog breeders?

I am looking to get a puppy in about 3-4 months time and was just wondering if anyone knows of any reliable dog breeders within about 2hours drive of Leeds (UK). I would really love a cocker spaniel but am happy to consider other breeds and crosses.

If you are happy to consider crossbreeds, and aren’t bothered about having the pedigree of the dog in writing then go to a rescue centre and adopt a dog. They’ll have lots of cocker spaniels or dogs that look like one to consider. They’re not all old either, there are often puppies and young dogs that need homes too. And you get the satisfaction of making a neglected dog happy!
