Is this dog breed AKC qualified?

I recently heard about Thai Ridgebacks and wanted to know if they are AKC qualified?

Hello! I am vice president of club Thai Ridgeback breed here in the U.S.. We are working with AKC that. SFS are today and can compete in all events, except conformation. Our problem is that there is insufficient number of Thai Ridgebacks in enough states to meet AKC requirements for the formation of competition and honestly nobody is qualified to judge our race due to lack of experience. UKC fully acknowledges the race, but none of the judges are qualified to assess either in my opinion. You simply can not evaluate a race they've never seen before.
