This will depend entirely on your situation and the dog. I know people in apartments with two, but also tend to be very active with their dogs. Also, some individuals of any race tend to be quieter than others, like the dogs of people have different personalities. Both tend to need to be groomed and brushed deep several times a week since they have heavy undercoats, much like layers of EAG. Both are intelligent, easy to train dogs (like most dogs really) and if you tend to want to do obedience, herding or agility or be appropriate. The Corgi is easier to locate as they have to be reared by a period of time in this country but there are breeders Valhund – probably not as easy to locate, but not necessarily are good, responsible breeders Corgi – with its quite popular, as with any breed, there are irresponsible breeders that do not require health, temperament and structural evaluations. I think if I were you and I was considering either of these races, I would contact the breed clubs and ask parent breeder / Referals mentor and see if you can learn more about each breed and its problems and the good aspects of a source of knowledge that also might be able to help you locate a responsible breeder and therefore a worthy representative of the breed.
