does anyone know what breed of dog the Oakley brand was named after?

Jannard, the owner of Oakley had a dog named oakley that he named the company after. But I’m not sure what breed of dog it was. I know at one point in time(at least according to wiki) he had an irish setter. But then another site said he had multiple dogs.
I’m asking cuz I have an english setter that named Oakley, and we named him that not knowing that the brand Oakley was named after a dog.
