Hound hunter and have developed over centuries to form a harmonious relationship and strong bond. The dog was domesticated for the sole purpose of assisting the primitive man in finding food to survive. The game today has become a hobby practiced by many people, the dog does not only come through many foreigners, but also many other hunting dogs, so it has to be trusted in these situations. Another important advantage of the hunting dog is moderation. As the energy of the hunting dogs are especially high, many have the ability to focus when on the hunt. Being quiet is often the most important feature, while in the field, and have a dog who fails to recognize that just mess up a hunting trip.

Choosing the right dog for hunting is important. Scent dogs are able to pick up a scent on the ground one day old, the pointers are able to locate and freeze the game until the hunter is able to get into position.
