I’m looking for a specific dog website?

It ranked dog breeds by several different traits such as size and aggression. For example if you clicked on intelligence it would rank a list of dogs from most intelligent to least intelligent with the border collie as number one and bulldog as the last one. It also included a dog quiz and stuff. Any ideas?
