Authorization was granted and her first litter produced three puppies. Wally cross resulted in the name we use today-Labradoodle.

Now, the three puppies, hair and saliva samples were sent to Hawaii for testing once again. And this time, samples a puppy named Sultan were successful!

Following the success of the union first, Mr. Conrad bred Labradoodle to Labradoodle, and called the subsequent children, a "double Doodles.Â" But wasnÂ't done, because next crossed the double Doodles and called the offspring "Tri Doodles.Â" These were the forerunners of what today we call the Multi-generational Australia (or Multi-Gen) Labradoodles.

Because of their unique coats, Labradoodles typically no body odor, which do not require constant bathing and rarely attracts fleas – which is ideal for all types of owners.
