How much would it cost to adopt a dog that isint of an agressive breed, over 1 year old and under 60 pounds?

Yeah, I want a dog (breed doesn’t matter), but I don’t know how much the shelter will charge and I’m not making much ($150) a month and i need to pay for food, vet visits etc.
