Dog Health Hot Spots

Housebreaking help needed! What’s the best way to cover the smell!?
Ok so I’m trying to housebreak a chihuahau min pin mix. Problem is is it’s hot like 105 heat index hot outside and so when I take her out she doesn’t want to go (i stayed outside for 20 minutes waiting) and then of course when I bring her in she peed on the carpet (She did it cause I was in the bathroom during the time. I’m dealing with a little health issue. Nothing serious to pervent me from training a dog just enough to send me to the bathroom very often)
So I brought her to her deed showed her (I did NOT rub her nose in it or anything just pointed) and said bad dog. When cleaning I used dishsoap and then sprayed vinager over it. Will the vinager help cover the smell? Or will that just get her to use the spot more. In the past I have used commercail urine oder removal and that doesn’t help at all. Any tips?
You must not be using the right urine remover. Nature’s Miracle Skunk odor remover will take out just about any scent. The key ingredient is isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) so you could just try rubbing alcohol. However, you have to saturate the area after you have cleaned it thoroughly. Don’t spray, POUR!!!
