No dog is 100% non shedding. All dogs shed to some degree.As a general rule unusal normal means rare or hard to find. Also most low shedding breeds tend to be stubburn which means they can be difficult to train.

Yes bred DOES matter-its so important for the dog and owner to be compatable, No one breed is right for everyone. However i do suggest you look at your local shelters for available dogs.
