French Dog Breed Names
Who invented dog breed names?
My grand daughter is asking this question, she is 7. When I was explaining about French poodles, German Shepherds, American pit bulls etc she asked, but who invented those names??
So can anyone help me explain please.
each breed was named individually based on its origin and the people who were initially around it most often.
