Cheapest place to find a loving pet?
I’m trying to find an 8 – 10 week old Chihuahua puppy ( Long or short haired ) or an 8 – 10 week old Papillon puppy in the Fredricksburg, Virginia area ….. Also looking in Tappahannock, virginia and Montross, Virginia
Something with papers, It don’t have to be a pure bread, 1st set of shots and dewormed.
Friends of mine got most of their dogs free, or with a small donation fee. I am trying to get some good information together now for when we go to get one next month 
Breeder names and pages, Rescued Pets, Give aways …. all information is welcomed.

You know, as much as I (and probably you) will get flamed for this, my papillon is a pet store dog, and man, he’s right healthy.
If you don’t want to go pet store route, try your local shelters… you should find some chihuahua mixes in there… my only complaint about shelters is how picky they are… I know of some papillon breeders up this way.. actually! Send me a message on messenger or something, we can talk about it, as to save the flaming.
